IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD:
September 1, 2025 – April 30, 2027
TARGET GROUP:
The project is open to all individuals interested in participating. Support is directed to communities in rural and semi-rural areas of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship – a total of 350 adults (210 women / 140 men), including at least 35 persons with disabilities.
MAIN OBJECTIVE:
At least 90% of participants will acquire knowledge and competences in the field
of equality and non-discrimination, and social awareness of anti-discrimination measures will be increased.
PROJECT LOCATION:
The project will be implemented in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
FORMS OF SUPPORT PROVIDED UNDER THE PROJECT:
- Workshops: “Equal Treatment and Anti-Discrimination in Local Communities” (350 participants).
- Local Support Groups (100 participants).
- Educational Conference “Academy of Equal Opportunities” (approx. 100 attendees; open event – no fixed participant limit).

- Additional materials for workshop participants
- Catering during workshops (lunch + coffee break)
- Reimbursement of travel costs for approx. 50% of participants
- Additional materials for members of local support groups
- Catering during local support group meetings (coffee service)
- Reimbursement of travel costs for approx. 50% of participants
- Conference materials
- Catering during the conference (coffee service)
DIRECT RESULTS:
Number of people who obtained qualifications after completing the program – 315 participants (189 women, 126 men);
