IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD:
January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026
TARGET GROUP:
The project is aimed at 180 adult natural persons who, within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code (KC), reside in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, including 110 women (F) / 70 men (M) and a minimum of 18 people with disabilities. The following groups/participation criteria are distinguished:
Persons belonging to the main target group of the project, i.e.:
residents of transport-excluded municipalities and/or persons who left penitentiary institutions within the last 12 months and/or low-skilled individuals – min. 72 people [44F/28M],
residents of medium-sized towns losing their socio-economic functions and/or areas at risk of permanent marginalization – min. 126 people [76F/50M].
Persons belonging to the main target group of the project, i.e.:
- persons leaving agriculture,
- persons employed under short-term or civil law contracts,
- the working poor,
- including a minimum of 18 people with disabilities [12F/6M].

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:
The main objective of the project is to improve the situation on the labor market by adapting qualifications to the needs of the changing local labor market for at least 90% of the group of 180 individuals [110F/70M], including a minimum of 18 people with disabilities. This will be achieved through individualized and comprehensive support provided between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026, leading to the acquisition of qualifications by at least 165 people [99F/66M].
PLACE OF IMPLEMENTATION:
The project is implemented in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. Support is directed in particular to residents of medium-sized towns losing their socio-economic functions and/or areas at risk of permanent marginalization; at least 70% of project participants (UP) reside in these specified areas [min. 126 people, 76F/50M]. The Project Office is located at the Applicant's headquarters in Wrocław.
THE PROJECT PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING FORMS OF SUPPORT:
Tasks:
- Career counseling including the development of an Individual Action Plan (IPD)
- Certified vocational training
- Job placement services
- Vocational internships
AS PART OF THE PROJECT, WE PROVIDE:
- Development of an Individual Action Plan (IPD)
- Reimbursement of travel expenses for an average of 50% of participants
- Catering during training (lunch + coffee break) for 100% of participants
- Certification/validation of qualifications
- Training scholarships
- Training materials
- Individual job placement services
- Internship scholarships
- Occupational medicine examinations for internship participants
- Accident insurance (NNW) for internship participants
DIRECT PROJECT RESULTS:
- Number of working people, including self-employed individuals, covered by support under the program – 180 people [110F/70M]
- Number of people with disabilities covered by support under the program – min. 18 people [12F/6M]
- Number of people who obtained qualifications after leaving the program – min. 165 people [99F/66M]
- Number of people who entered education or training after leaving the program – min. 4 people [3F/1M]

1. Submit a written report to the Intermediate Body (the Voivodeship Labor Office in Wrocław) regarding any suspected non-compliance of the Project or the Beneficiary's/Partner's actions with:
a. The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, adopted in New York on December 13, 2006,
b. The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union of October 26, 2012.
2. Report information to the Intermediate Body regarding potential financial fraud, including conflicts of interest or corruption, using, among other things, an anonymous contact form available on the Intermediate Body's website at: https://wupdolnoslaski.praca.gov.pl/naduzycia-finansowe.
